‘Have Your Say’ Events
This year the Arena Group is launching a new initiative called ‘Have Your Say’ events. These events will take place right across the Arena Group so it’s your chance to get involved and have a real say in how we deliver our services.
There will be lots of ways in which residents can take part in our ‘Have Your Say’ events. We will holding events at sheltered schemes, during our impact days and also as part of organised events such as conferences etc.
Working with residents we have tried to make these events as interactive as possible with the emphasis on informality but ensuring we get feedback to deliver those services that residents want.
This is the first year of our ‘Have Your Say’ events and we will concentrating on three areas which residents have told us are the most important to them they are:-
· Repairs and Maintenance
· Anti Social Behaviour
· The new proposed Local Offers being proposed by the Tenant Services Authority ( TSA)
Invitations will be sent out however the dates of the events are:-
Monday 21st June to be held at St Peters Court, Bramley (this will be followed by Headrow Residents Association meeting)
Saturday 26th June to be held at the Fairfield Estate, Goole (England football themed)
And Friday 2nd July at Brunswick Gardens Retirement Village at Sheffield.

TSA- Landlords
A ‘find and compare landlords’ function on its website
This tool allows tenants to enter their postcode and find Social Housing Landlords in their area. They can also compare the average rent level of housing associations locally and tenants satisfaction overall and with involvement opportunities and repairs.
The tool can be found on the TSA’s website under find and compare Landlords ( top right hand comer of the screen)
