As part of Headrow's Resident Participation Strategy, we positively aim to fulfil the following:
- Seek and be responsible to residents views
- Give residents an opportunity to comment on performance
- Enable residents to play a part in decision making
- Provide opportunities for residents to play a part in how services are managed & provided
The ways in which we aim to achieve the above are:
Residents Newsletter
The 'Ahead with Headrow' Newsletter is a publication by residents, for residents. The editorial committee is made up of 2 members of staff and 4 residents, this gives us the opportunity to include items that are beneficial for both sides - please contact us if you would like to get involved. We would like to help with forming Residents Associations and providing on-going assistance, to allow tenants to have an influence in what happens to their scheme.
Headrow Residents Association
The Headrow Residents Association launched in August 2008 and is made up of representatives from each scheme.
