What are the different ways I can pay my rent / service charge?

Your rent / service charge payment is due in advance. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent / service charge and you have the following choices:

DIRECT DEBIT
We'll take your rent straight from your bank account and we will let you know 4 weeks in advance about any changes in rent / service charge changes and this change will be done automatically. You can download a direct debit by clicking on the link on the right, request a direct debit form online here or please contact our Customer Service Team on either 0113 2504337, 01405 766073, 0114 2940157.

Please note: If you are on housing benefit direct debit is not possible.

STANDING ORDER
You instruct your bank to pay us automatically from your bank account, but you must remember to tell your bank about any rent / service charge changes. You can request a standing order form online here or please contact our Customer Service Team on either 0113 2504337, 01405 766073, 0114 2940157.

GIRO BOOK
You can pay at the post office using a Headrow giro book. To request a giro book please contact our Customer Service Team on either 0113 2504337, 01405 766073, 0114 2940157.

PAYING IN BOOK
You can pay at your bank using a Headrow paying-in book. To request a paying in book please contact our Customer Service Team on either 0113 2504337, 01405 766073, 0114 2940157.

HOUSING BENEFIT
Housing Benefit can be paid direct to Headrow taking away the hassle for you.

POSTAL ORDER
You can send a postal order via the post or pay at our offices. Please ensure you write your name and address on the back of the postal order.

CASH/CHEQUUE
You can pay at our offices with cash or cheque. You can send a cheque via the post. Ensure you write your name and address on the back of the cheque, please do not send cash through the post.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS
If you wish to make a card payment we are able to accept payment at our offices or over the phone on either 0113 2504337, 01405 766073, 0114 2940157.

ALL PAY
You can pay using an Allpay card at the Post Office, Shops or via text. To request an Allpay card please contact our Customer Service Team on either 0113 2504337, 01405 766073, 0114 2940157.
