Customer Feedback
To enable us to improve the services we provide, and to see how well we are performing, we regularly monitor feedback from our customers.
 
We launched our Service Standards in August 2008 (please click on PDF link to open).  These set out targets that we will achieve in service delivery.

Satisfaction Surveys

In order to monitor our performance and satisfaction levels of our residents we carry out regular satisfaction surveys, and report these to our Operations Committee.
