Residents join forces
Involved residents from different local housing associations recently collaborated to identify good practice and areas of improvement during joint inspections of communal areas in the Chapeltown area of Leeds. The 7 inspectors were tenants from properties managed by three similar Leeds based housing associations; Unity, Headrow and LYHA. Observations made by the inspectors are now being compiled in a report which will be passed on to senior managers at each landlord. The report is available here.
