Leasowe Community Homes - Building Better Lives

Leasowe Community Homes is a stock owning subsidiary of Arena Housing Group, based on the Wirral. We own just under 1000 properties on the Leaswoe estate through a stock transfer from Wirral Borough Council in 1999. We also manage 355 of Arena Housing Group's properties, these are in various areas of the Wirral.

As from the 1st April 2011 Leasowe Community Homes manages the Wirral based Arena Group properties.
 
We would like to extend a special welcome to all of our new tenants who will be joining us and we hope you received your welcome packs.
